Exterior Painting
A full exterior repaint includes paint on all surfaces with a power wash and basic prep work prior to paint.
We include up to 3 colors with our base price and additional colors can we added for charge.
FINISHES: flat finish on body of home, trim and pop-outs, semigloss on doors
We can use PPG, Dunn Edwards or Sherwin Williams depending on your price point.
Interior Painting
Basic prep work: filling nail holes and caulking (2 hours), removal of plate covers, covering outlets, remove and reinstall blinds (NOTE: if home needs drywall we can price that out as well)
A full interior repaint covers all surfaces in the home with basic prep work done prior to paint.
FINISHES: walls- eggshell, trim/doors/closets- semigloss, ceilings- flat

Cabinet Paint
BASIC: includes sand, prime and repaint of cabinets while doors still hung, hinges will be sprayed and we will add cabinet stoppers pads on doors
PREMIUM: includes sand, prime and repaint of cabinets with doors and hardware removed for optional results and will add cabinet stoppers pads on doors
We can paint kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, hallway cabinets, laundry cabinets and more!
We use PPG Breakthrough paint in gloss finish on our cabinet jobs for a beautiful refinished look.
Drywall/STUCCO/wood Work
Drywall: small to large patch repairs and even flood damage drywall replacement
Dry wood: scrape and caulk dry wood fascia, posts, door frames before repainting to restore and prolong the wood on a home.
Stucco: minor to large stucco repairs, doggy door close up, foundation damage and more

HOA Paint Violations
We can address HOA exterior paint violations such as fascia paint, stem wall paint, shutter paint, garage door paint, block wall paint or whatever it may be to ensure your home is HOA compliant.
We can color match existing colors on your home or work with a new HOA approved paint scheme.

We can take out of town jobs like Tucson, Florence and Prescott with a travel fee.
